Very poor response over phone. Maximum time will, never pickup.. Morning hours specifically.
Staff is very rude..
Suggest not to use mukund nagar branch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked an appointment for home visit for covid test. The technician never appeared for the sample collection and was even least bothered to answer the call. This shows how unprofessional metropolis is. Very pathetic services offered. To lodge the complaint or track down the technician they will connect u to call center which is useless. If you don't value time or emotions you should not be in this service industry. You are dealing with humans.
