★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had gone for a sonography test and some blood tests. She had a very good experience at the reception desk near the sonography room. The receptionist was kind and patient. The doctor who did her sonography exam explained things in a clear and understandable manner. The doctor who drew her blood was professional and calm as well. Overall, it was a very good experience. The staff members at the centre are polite and always ready to help. My only suggestion is that the main reception area could be operated in a better manner - especially during the rush hours. I went to the clinic around 10 a.m and the reception area was crowded because only one counter was open and operating at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this center for many different test for elderly persons. Staff is polite and have good experience with all the tests.
Only for few tests i feel waiting time is more sometimes and cost also. Otherwise very nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is neat and clean, staff is hospitable. I have been for a health checkup executive. It took me 4 hours but I did not feel bored. I have to visit again at 3 PM for 2D as the doctor was available only in the afternoon.
Not sure but I felt that sonography done was casual as it comes in a package and may be it is assumed that the client is all healthy.
Overall satisfactory, executive longue is good, I even had a body massage ?

Reason.. I always felt that this is the only place where I can trust on the results, but today I feel that i am totally wrong.
We should not have blind trust.
General Manager and Manager should have all the updates and should keep key eye on the process.
Hope this review can help to improve your service.
Please value the money of customers as everyone is going through hard time after this pandemic.
