★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are quite good however the number mentioned here against the Satara Road Pune Branch is incorrect. When dialled it takes you to the Mumbai helpline who will either give you the Pune number or can arrange for a call back for you. No need for these hassles if simply the proper helpline number is updated here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. It's impossible to reach them through call as they have multiple customer care numbers all connecting to Mumbai and none to Pune. Moreover, they do not have a single phone in their center so no luck to get your query resolved unless u step in to the centre yourself. Delay in the reports. Overall a very bad experience here.

I booked home collection service for covid19 test today and the slot given was between 4-5pm...No body turned up neither they have any courtesy to update.
I called up many times and every tine O got answer that they will check and call back within 5 minutes.
Horrible experience..Never ever will this be tried again. Don't recommend it at all..
Will also claim reimbursement for the day lost in important test as this may lead to late testing with some other reputed lab.
