Booked test yesterday. Today's appointment provided. No one showed up for testing. Wasted patient's time in such difficult situation. Highly unprofessional as none of their call center or other phone numbers are working.

This is the worst healthcare laboratory I have ever seen. The professionalism is zero. They do not give reports on time. There is atleast 4-5 days delay in sending reports and sometimes the staff also misplaces the sample. THE SERVICE AND STAFF IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'D REQUEST EVERYONE TO NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE.

Metropolis you should deny sample collection to patient rather than collect it and later inform patient that reports are not ready due to "high volume". Blood Report which is expected within 24 hrs is not available after 48+ hours and this is totally criminal as it is delaying the right treatment at right time to the patient. Yours is an essential and emergency medical service and we are not ordering icecreams and chocolates from you that you would expect us to bear with such delays. Customer care is clueless and is nothing but bunch of people that can speak only 3 sentences "Hello", "We have taken your request" and Thank you and have a heathy day". Not expected of a pathology lab that claims itself to have international accreditation. Please improve your process and staff.

They were offering good service before. Now the staff is not good, unsupportive. Had a horrible experience recently 1) as they were only accepting cash for payment and 2) a staff named Zubair made me to wait for 15 minutes deliberately, without offering any help and asked me to collect the bill copy afterwards. He pretended that he was searching for the bill in the system but i could understand that he was faking the actions for fooling me.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lab is prompt with their work. I appreciate the way they value their customers.

Courteous staff, crisp and clear communication. Service is quick, and what more, you get the reports directly emailed to you and you also have an option of collecting a hard copy as well. As a first time guest here i even got a discount voucher to be used within 1 yr which I thought is a nice gesture. They also mention the precautions to be taken after the tests. They are open on all days based on the below timing. Mon - Sat (7:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Sun ( 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

I had a really bad experience with Metropolis. I gave my blood sample, made the payment, technician took the screenshot of the payment receipt n then next day when we called us for the report they are telling us payment was not received. They said report will be sent after the payment will reach the account. After a few days when we checked, they told us they did not event test the sample. It is so wrong that they just wasted my blood. It was a hormonal test. Someone who needs the report on an immediate basis has to now wait for a month to do the test again. Who will do the compensation for the blood which i lost. I wish I could give no star. They don't understand medical emergency. It's a scam. Please don't go for metropolis.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Had booked a blood sample collection at home for my wife's hormonal test. Post the collection the payment was made through PhonePay immediately which got debited from my account. The technician from metropolis also took a photo of the payment made as proof. Next day technician says the report is on hold because the payment has not been reflected in their account and they said it was reversed back to my account. I had to follow up with metropolis for a week to understand the matter because the money was never reversed in my account. Shared screenshots of my bank statement as proof. Today after 5 days I am told that the sample was never tested because of payment issues. Which means that they never tested the blood and now the blood sample is too old to be used. Completely waste of time, effort and energy.
