★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite a big project run by the Mhada and constructed by Shirke developers. Overall construction quality is fair for the price. Each 8, 12 and 16 th floor has empty flats reserved for community development purpose ( small family functions) 1 parking per flat will be allotted but we can use other free parkings. Dedicated building for the parking garage. Mhada don’t sell parkings. Each flat comes with fire safety sprinkler system and LPG gas leak detector system. Garbage disposal system on each floor common area. 1 terrace balcony per flat ( either attached to the Hall or Master bedroom)

Good option for home buyers to choose rather than going for a unorganised builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction, leaky floors, managed by unprofessional peoples including CO. He don't quality of bathroom fitting simply bluffing. Jagwar fitting. Highly unsafe. Fire fighting system and electrical conduits are full of garbage. Non operational fire fighting system.

1.Overall construction quality is very good.
2. Location of the society is its bonus point. All the prime places in PCMC are near.
3.Each flat comes with a fire safety sprinkler system and LPG gas leak detector system.
4. Site has rain water harvesting and sewage treatment plant as well.
5.It has a good Club house and garden in the centre which is accessible to all. Tree plantations is being done through out the society.
6.It has a dedicated 5 storey building for parking and separate open parking spots for visitors. So, it has ample parking for every flat.
