★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the induction stove repair.....he said that he has changed the parts worth RS 350. After coming home it didn't work. I opened as I am an electronic engineer non of the parts found new....I don't think it's worth for induction repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an Authorised service centre for Panasonic, Bajaj and Murphy Richards home appliances. It is a small shop. And there seems to be only one person Naveen (not sure if there are more folks). I had a problem with my Panasonic Mixer and is under warranty. Naveen fixed the same in half an hour time. Naveen may not be available at service centre post 2.00pm to 6.00pm is what I could make out, Since Bajaj provides home service he gets engaged in that. For Panasonic customer, they have to carry-in product for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Panasonic Mixer grinder suddenly stopped working. Trying to reacher customer care but not succeed. Tried reaching Panasonic authorised service center and called him. He asked me problem and resolved issue over the phone. He is very professional, spent time and gave valuable response.

Bought a microwave oven turntable glass replacement after tired of dealing with LG directly.
I sent a dunzo guy to pick it up, in fact I’m told to pay only after if the fit is right!
Would recommend 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LG Microwave went out of order unexpectedly due to power outrage; Contacted LG services centre guy came checked and said issue with mother board and Power supply to be replace costing around 6k, finally I got Sumukha Electricals Mr. Naveen Came out to our home, did a quick diagnostic to figure out it was a blown fuse. Changed the fuse, and we’re back up and running. Service technician was courteous, professional, and friendly.
