★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Land owners charge heavy amount of electricity bill even when you are at home during holidays excluding monthly rent. You'll have to pay the full amount during vacations also, nd they will also deduct your security after leaving the pg. When we were trying to leave the pg in the middle of the agreement, the owner tried to manipulate us, so that we do not leave the pg, also they charged extra 750 for loosing one key after charging 2000 as maintenance fee. There are combined bathroom in one floor. The room is very safocating too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's awful. The worst place to live. Can give you nightmares. Pathetic condition of the place and poor locality. Once you are in, it's a no way out place like those NWO matches in WWE (except, you don't get any TLC to beat up your opponent). Drinking water is extremely mineralised to toxic levels. Everything you get to eat is dank like the deatheaters enveloping you in an eternal gloom. Time gets diluted. Everything seems perfectly normal for the initial months and then the sombre gloominess takes over rendering you incapable to function, mentally as well as physically. Idk why, but she does not allow you to keep your favourite Barbie shoes collection. On a hot day you get extremely hot water and chilling in winters. Electricity bills case is something at another level with unreasonably and unrealistically high demands for the bills even after the subsidy sanctioned by the Delhi Government. She can force you to eat your pizza with pineapple, nutella and smoke tossed marshmallows. After some time the bedbugs became my companion and shared their bee with me on a mutual relationship agreement that I provide them with my blood as their energy source. I had a deal with the mosquitoes that they can suck on my blood but they won't buzz in my ears. The rent is always a mystery box which always goes up and takes you down with the financial burden. There are sharp, clever and cunning loopholes put in deliberately in the rent agreement which is most often neglected by the tenant while signing. You have to pay hefty amounts even when you aren't there. You have to pay for the food even when you are away for months and the kitchen help is not even recruited for that particular purpose.
These are some humongous shortfalls, else it's awesome to suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to ever live in .In this pandemic situation owner charged me full amount. I was not even living there. Just my baggage was kept. She kept on harassing me for rent.
Talking about the place, they don't even provide clear drinking water. Room are small and unhygienic with cockroaches even on the beds.She charges unreasonable amount of electricity bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you won’t get PG in Gautam nagar please stay in park or on road but don’t go in Mittal niwas ?? Owner is so rude and money minded, fake electricity bills.initially he pretends to be so good and afterwards they show the true colors. May god save everyone from owners like him ?
