★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appalling experience with MO furnishings. We ordered curtains, and although they initially came out and installed them quickly. The installation was very poor with half of the curtains falling off of the track or impossible to open, and the curtains were not correctly sized. Who walks away and leaves a job like that? It took them over 3 months (of rescheduling or flat out not showing up) to get back with properly sized curtains, and at that point we were told that there was nothing that they could do about the curtains falling off of the track and the difficult to open curtains. Finally they came back after I told them that we would not recommend their services to anyone, and they said that they would now be able to fix the wonky curtains. At that point it had been 4 months, and I had already found someone else to fix the issue, and it was too little, too late. I wasn't even sure if they would show up when they said they would after our shared history. They will do a poorly done job with a lot of time consuming back and forth, and potentially not turning up to to do the job that they have said they would. I do not recommend this company.

Well trained staff to showcase or make you visualise the furnishing when it placed.
Little expensive but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought blinds for my bedroom 7-8 months ago. @marvelblinds. I cannot express the pain I have gone through. I have been a loyal customer of Mo Furnishings for over 10 years. I have full automation in my bedroom and I asked it to be compatible. It’s their job to confirm it is as I am not an expert. They came home and confirmed that it will work on automation. My next ask was I wanted complete blackout. After 4-5 weeks of wait finally the blinds arrived and we are told at that time that it won’t work on automation but they will give a remote. After losing so much patience we let that slide and said ok to remote. They took the blinds back to make it work on remote and returned after 2 more weeks. But guess what…we had to pay extra for the remote. So now we have paid 1.85 lacs in total for my bedroom blinds. Next, the blind measurement was done wrong so it was short…which they turn around and tell me we should lower the window and change the window. We let that go as well as it’s a couple of inches only and we had run out of patience by then. Now, a month later one of the blinds started to tilt to one side and wouldn’t close fully. They came and tried to fix on spot but didn’t work so eventually after a few days they decided to take it to repair. Blinds came back after 3 weeks and worked perfectly but the other side started giving the same problem…tilting to one side. Again same story and eventually blinds came back and it wasn’t repaired properly as it was bending from the centre. Told Mr. Nand Kishore (the sales person at Mo who sold us the blinds) that he needs to come and see it but I won’t be available that day so he needs to come the following day. It’s been over a month there’s no news. Today morning when I opened the blinds yet again the blind started tilting . I am sick of this and will never ever recommend Mo Furnishings to anyone. They don’t have after sales service the way they should. My blinds cost me an arm and a leg and all I have had are issues and dissatisfaction. Mind you this is my bedroom which requires utmost privacy but since the time I decided to get blinds from Mo I have had everything else but privacy.
