World class amenities - gym, swimming pool, club house, walking track, children's play area, garden, open spaces for conducting parties, pantry and washrooms, 3 levels of parking, etc. Bus stand is close by. Market and shops are nearby. Wide roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do check Rera carpet area on Rera website. 2 bhk rera carpet is only 51 sq.meter. so usable area comes to only 900 to 1000 sq.ft build-up however builder is asking price for 1385 sq.ft build-up area which a huge gap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong and unethical selling. Flat Area is very small but they show it very large at the time of selling. Do check rera carpet area. Ask them to provide printed cost sheet with carpet and build up area bifurcation.
2bhk area is only 900-1000 square.ft built up and 3 bhk 1100 to 1300 square ft built up.
Please Check rera carpet area on rera website.
Against this project one writ petition is pending in mumbai high court. Its better to wait for final order.
As per my calculations the 2bhk price shall not exceed Rs.1 cr and 3 bhk price shall not exceed 1.15 cr (all inclusive)
