★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst township by Mohan Group in Ambernath west. The flats are sold at premium rates by promising customer for 24/7 water supply and other facilities. These promises are never fulfilled and flat owners need to follow up with builder. The material used in this project are of low quality which starts to break down once people start to live. I will never recommend anyone to invest their hard earned money in any project of Mohan Group!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False promises,club house not in working condition,swimming pool not operational,poor construction, inadequate water supply,first it was 24 hours,then morning to night,then it was tapered to 4 hours,and drinking water comes on alternate days,earlier it was 24 hours..they are cheaters.they don't come for any meetings with the committee members.pls don't fall on this trap.
