Podar international school , Shiv Temple,shoping mall ,Hospital, 2 storey club house having swiming pool,gym,mini theatre n more..Bus facility for residents.

1. Construction wise it's okay nothing impressive, leakage complaints often seen here.
2. Water supply is better than neighbours.
3. Basic amenities are available but others as shown in brochures aren't available, mostly under construction.
4. Maintenance payments are dues so society and builders decide to cut water supply very often, specially at the time of festivals.
5. Differences in every flat in terms of construction.
People wise:
1. Most of the population here are coming from lower and middle class backgrounds. Hence, strugglers.
2. Just married, young couples are common here, hence, too many children.
3. Often there is discriminatory behaviour here. Common discrimination are owner - tenant (unfortunately most owners think they own whole complex not a loan based flats, ironically), religious, caste based, gender based.
They all like to fight/argue on WhatsApp groups.
4. Domestic Violence is common, Unfortunately.
5. Vandalism of vehicles are common mostly by children or envy behaviour of adults.
6. Volunteers who are appointed are useless, won't take responsibility for anything, they are the first to run away from problems and first to show their spineless opinions.
7. Too many whatsapp groups, you choose not to join them and you'll definitely feel like living in heaven.
It is a good place to live though, gives you the feeling of unity only if you manage to ignore the problems or manage the problems and conclude the solution at least for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is constructed as a budget friendly and affordable homes option for every family. As Mohan Groups are renowned for their commendable work, so is this project too. Built quality is good and among serene nature. Amenities(Bus, Solar Water, 24x7 electricity and water, Gymnasium, Garden, Swimming pool) are well planned and in the process.
Although there are multiple cons:
1. As a few complexes are still under construction so power failures are frequent, although it resumes quickly. Inverters are a must have. Rest otherwise 24 hours it is.
2. Water cuts are there occasionally but one must be thankful that in entire region only in Mohan 24 hours water supply line is specially built and in service.
3. Here owners are less than Tennant clan. This is due to less rent amount with good amenities. Overall people living here are belonging to lower income groups.
There's a lack of internal harmony among the residents here which is making it least livable projects among the vicinity. People are uncultured, destroy the garden area often and leading to inability to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene.
Security personnel are disrespected, thus paving the way for negligence in their duties.
Instead of fights, if all come together, if builder too enforce stricter rent protocols then surely this society may easily get a 4 star rating, but currently it has to remain underrated due to a handful of cons. Thus, Suburbia project is bit more classy and more preferred one.
No offence intended but this is a crisp review of Mohan Nano Estates.
