★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice good looking place but just when you thought it's cheap... It's not. The interiors are designed without thinking or could be an expert planning so that we as a consumer spend more and more money on it. First you have to spend money on expanding your room size by diluting the balcony every room has. Then you have to get curtain holders fitted, for WiFi you have to pay again for the wire installation. These installation in done by builder's guys which in fact funds the builder. So don't be fooled by how cheap the prices are... Nope, be ready to invest a lot more than that. Positive side is that if you are planned to invest then it's gonna be okay for you but if you thought you can just buy the flat and start living... Then nope. I love the view you get from the building, it's so fresh and enjoyable. Atmosphere here during rains is just amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was once a nice living loving residential project. After 5 years the project is changed factually alot. Phase 1 residents are just living or I can say just residing as it is no more Nisarg Greens Project, the Greenery is turned into dry grass and dry area due to no adequate water supply provision. The equipments are out of AMC, costing and repairs are still challenging. Garden area and Kids play area is almost gone away as like municipal parks, no one is there to take care of broken swings or get them painted. The evenings have turned into darkness as there is no electricity in Garden area, common areas at night. The Led's which needs replacement are lying as it is, some are infact broken but still the picture continues as it is. Swimming Pool was just drawing representation of the project as it is shut down since lockdown and after that it turned up to so called pool without water. Security cabin area doors are completely broken away, sorry to say there is no security actually, watchman's are appointed to come and complete their job duty, hence there is no security practically. Outsiders can come inside easily as their is no security check. No CCTV is installed in premises to prevent any mishappening. So it is completely a township with no proper road map. Huge maintenance is due to be paid and due to this project and building residents are suffering who pay timely maintenance. This is the actual image and review of Nisarg. So do not get yourself caught by seeing the outer view of the towers, there is different story inside. Builders blame residents are not paying maintenance and residents protest against falsely commitments made by the builder which till date are not fulfilled. So in between of these Nisarg is completely left out and hence it is no more Nisarg Green.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is NOT safe … especially if you are not family chances are you will live extremely unsafe life here … I recently shifted to Sunflower E building. Some Gundas attacked me at my home and they entered premised … searched my name going all buildings ans attacked, harassed and stolen my gadgets from my home and in this whole compound security people have no slight air on one residence is getting attacked. 2 hours that harassment went on …. Apparently those Gundas (they run a shooting range called Ambernath shooting range to whom I also gave one star on google just because one star they attacked me at home) … they came with lady saying they are my family members with a my photo … security guards inspite getting suspicious helped them to locate me … Luckily, all thanks to Ambernath Police who helped me but no security person came to help me just one security guard was there seeing all the tamasha of me being harassed, but at least he was there otherwise those people may have killed me or something …
But this society is not safe … sometime you get afraid of security guards more than goons …they watch you and i feel some of them are capable of commiting crime … during Diwali days security guards, sometimes fully drunk, could catch you and forcefully ask for Diwali gift even till Jan-Feb they irritate you asking Diwali bakshish… they become obnoxious till the point of threatening. Some employees are good and helpful like Ritesh and Ganesh from phase 2 … but some employees are straight away very very UNETHICAL (especially from sales department ) just be aware of them, their all promises are smoke and mirrors.
Overall, very UNSAFE society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does feel like an amazing complex. The cleanliness is there, even though the staff isn't that great at doing their job. It does feel like a good place for families to live in. All other amenities are not in their best condition but each and every essential need is available in the vicinity.
