★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have really good experience about this builder. My relative recently one year ago purchased a 1 BHK flat in Badlapur East. Till date I have never seen a builder who care a lot for the people who are going to buy their flats. My experience about panvelkar group is that the builder has provided all types of amenities such as play ground for kids , open gym, mp theatre, senior citizens seating area etc. ?
The people need not go anywhere as they find all comfort in the premises. It's a township project a new phase is under construction. So if anyone is planning to purchase a flat than please visit panvelkar estate to do the booking before all flats are sold out ?

Also they provide very affordable and branded homes they provide with world class amenities like gym , swimming pool, children park i suggest thouse pepople who want to buy quality homes go for it...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book your home in panvelkar group because I booked my flat in November 2021 and they not giving me possession till date 1 March 2022 very slow working there and the staff blocked my number and not receiving any calls I haven't any home now I am stay on rent in another home

Do not purchase flats with Panvelkar group
Reasons: i purchased flat from Panvelkar builders in Neral pooja nagar project and paid 90% amount in 2020 still not got position of flat and building construction work is also stopped, after lots of follow ups still getting next dates of position
I am going to lounge a complaint in RERA
If u want to stuck your money then only purchase in Panvelkar projects
