★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst builder on this earth,given false commentmet while booking flat, rera proposed date was aug-2018, possession given in last year, still till date (jun-2020) not completed amenities like(wall compound,gate,road,water,etc many more...he is expert enough in playing game with all flat owners, we all flat owners regreting now, suggesting all not to buy from this froudant builder...

he has still not completed the project no society no amenties no compound wall no society gate, no club gym child garden, people are living in utmost fear with no compound walls, builder is not listening to the flat owners, the project is incomplete and hes has given OC from Ambernath Municipal Corporation.
