Yoga isn't just a workout session but a lifestyle and that's what I learnt from yog Guru Sureshbhai patel and also implemented the same. The Yogshala studio is a peaceful place with very good vibes and that's why everyday is rejuvenation for me. Thanks for such good support and powerful yoga sessions.

I had benefitted by doing Yoga, My patience levels got increased and became so cool.
Really worth doing yoga.
