★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible apartments with zero security and nightmarish electricity problems. There are numerous powercuts during the day and night and they start the generator after 30-40 minutes and many times don't bother to switch on the generator at all. Build quality is quite poor and entire structure is dependent on beams only. Only positive is location on vip road but for that there are many better alternatives available. It is not worth investing your hard earned money to stay at this place.
