★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has absolutely no regard for customer and his time. We made an appointment for waxxing and haircut. We reached there and I asked if it was possible for Vikram to cut my hair. They said yes. They sent me in for wax and when I came out all of a sudden he says he can't cut my hair. I was ready to wait so I waited. I have soecific instructions to this guy to not chop my length. And I stopped him while he was running his scissors over my hair. But this guy went going on. In the end my hair turned out to be a disaster. They look really bad and my entire one year worth of effort trying to grow my hair was gone with his one chop. The problem is I told him again and again to not cut so much of my hair and he kept going at it. Horrible service. Horrible stylist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Monsoon South Ex. is very bad. I have visited to monsoon for INARA facial. I asked for the product they had used, the product they bring were with out labels which are local products. Adding the photos they have used.

- After climbing all the stairs you will finally reach your destination.
- It’s extremely difficult to understand which building it is in.
- The staff is aggressive in selling their product.
- That particular staff was covering for someone and he was from their CP branch.
- He started asking me what products Iam using and started telling me that Iam gonna go bald ? if I don’t start using their product.
- He started discussing how they get original product and what I will buy online will be fake.
- Once I rejected their offer he was super disappointed.
- He was not aware of the package and started with tan treatment.
- Which was awful and I had to ask him to stop.
- The haircut was just average nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place 2-3 times..the first experience was good hair spa but the facial was not at all good..costly and no back massage etc...though i liked the ambience of separate hygienic rooms..second i went for spa again and that was waste of money..even the threading was ok..next i went for pedicure whixh was so hastily done..and not at all satisfactory..won't go again..only visit if you have surplus budget..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is shortage of staff and equipment. I was getting smoothening done, and we literally had to wait for hair dryers and straightening irons. There was no one available to shampoo hair as well. All in all a 3-4 hour job took 6 hours. They don't even have olaplex. Highly unacceptable from such well-known a brand.
