★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of construction and maintenance but cost wise very high....lifts regularly goes out of order .at present both lifts out of order since last two month no respite...low quality fittings of geysers, chimneys....totally worthless

Rental is unnecessarily high but finishing is good and common facilities of acceptable standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartments with slightly expensive pricing. Good parking space and a boundary wall covering the building premises. Guard on duty 24X7. Gymnasium and swimming pool available. Elevators in working condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental price is too high..... 24-25k, that too in a city like Jabalpur! Delhi, Bangalore have 1st class rental flats to offer at this high price. Construction of flats r pathetic! Local construction....without any symmetry....in washroom- comod n bathing area on same side facing each other, on kitchen slab water accumulates, continuous seepage on living room walls, lifts r the smallest I have seen in my entire life till now to accomodate just 2 or max 3 people.
Only good thing is working staff is sincere n good.... Spacious flats with good ventilation n lighting.
some Flat owners taking extra amount of money for filling their pockets just in the name of one of the best appartment in Jabalpur which is WRONG!
Online on different websites Montecarlo has mentioned about 'luxury appartment' with facilities like swimming pool, gym, badminton court, club house....... Which is a total FRAUD!! A small pit is there in name of pool which is mostly dirty, a gym with fungus n seepage walls, nothing else this appartment has to offer at such high Rent!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though construction is good, but some negative points. Lifts are too small - can accommodate at most three person. Cleanliness is missing at common space. Price of flats too much high and unreasonable.
The apartment is just 4 year old but due to lack of maintenance it looks as it is 20 or more year old.
