★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first home with my own money, I felt like a dream coming true with The Celest, soon I realised And felt very low Being a flat owner in celest. And experienced that “All Glitter is not Gold”.
The Celest is very Poor construction, Builder is very very irresponsible and unconcerned towards the home buyers. In every aspect builder is trying to cheat the home buyer, GST, Common areas, handover of project, quality, sale deed, maintenance, lot more….
My humble request to the new looking buyers of the Celest, don’t get impressed for there dam hospitality and tempting modal flat. Take a feed back from any two existing home buyers. And then plan as u wish.
It’s really painful to degrade my own home. But still it will help others to escape from this trap of the builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The celest is best project in Vizag. It will end in 2025. Best location in Gajuwaka city. In front of NH. Airport is about 7km. Railway station 18 km.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Flat in celest. They are not fulfilling any commitments given by them. The management very arrogant and not giving value to the buyers . They are not following RERA rules eventhough it is RERA approved project. Celest Management not clarifying any doubts to flat owners.
As pera and even registrar of registration pffice told no Registration charges applicable on GST paid . But cekest management insisting us to pay registrationcharges for GST paid also.
Cekest Management not giving any replies to our mails.
Thee is no details given regarding common area charged and it was not matching with Rera details.
So far builder not provided the OC Copy to any of the customers.
Now the builder is not completed the pending jobs but want to collect exbobirant charges. Very poor maintenance.
The builder so far not given the GSt ITCbenefit eventhogh the project approved by RERA.
There are cases against above builder.
The builder not given late penalty eventhough the project is delayed.
Eventhough the total amount paid by us, builder is not ready to register our Flat and not accepting to start our interior works.

Rents are abnormally high for the size of the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most irresponsible management. Buyers and residents are cheated by management in many ways. Project is good, but quality is not there. Interested in selling flats by showing out side view and club house, but inside is a dump yard. Least bothered about facilities to occupied residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a house in here few years ago and where they gave us the trust that i will be given at 2019 end or on the first mid of 2020. And now seeing the progress itself i am sure that they are making the best to give it us as soon as possible. And also definitely recommend to go for the showcase house to have much more detail of all the interior, where the interior they are giving is outstanding and modern. Definitely a five star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic condition inside. Looking beautiful from outside but horrible condition inside. Monthly maintenance is going beyond rs 8000 per month. Management is very worst. Management is not handing over the common facilities to owners. Many cases are going on against the builder in AP RERA Court. Be careful before purchasing. People can imagine the inside living condition from the image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to visit celest yesterday, the architecture from outside was really awesome but very poor management and mentainance.It is 16 floor high rise building in gajuwaka.I have asked people who were staying and i recieved very poor feed back from them
