★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Name is Gated Community, but there is no gate. Surroundings are not clean. pigs, Street dogs, and other animals roaming inside the gated community, no body is bothered, some body posted the video about this colony may be 2 years back, from that day to today there is no change about this environment. If any body wants to buy or rent the flat in Ocean Greens think twice or thrice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from Tapati Block in Ocean Greens.
There will not be water for 4-6 months during summer. The owners residing in this block have formed the society group nexus where they take all arbitrary decisions without consulting tenants. Whereas they will charge monthly maintenance fees equivalent to other blocks, they will not care of cleanliness of society, no cctv cameras, all the common area lights will be shutoff by 9.30 - 10pm daily.
The block will go completely dark by 10pm.
This is the only block in entire Ocean Greens where you will find:
1. No cctv cameras
2. No cleaning of common areas
3. No tenants given any monthly accounts of usage of maintenance fees.
4. No water from April to August every year, only 3 hours out of 24 hours water will come during these months as per their time, their wish, their convenience.
5. No other person apart from owners will be called for any meetings or before taking any decision.
6. The moment you start complaining, the society office bearers will ask you to leave the flat.
7. Watchman does only the work of iron man and sometimes of cleaning also, rarely of watchmen.
The flats are comparatively cheaper than other blocks due to which people easily fall prey to this block but very soon one realises the stark reality.
Other blocks are relatively much better and have transparency in money matters as well as convenience to all the members of the block with respect to security, maintenance, water and other aspects - Mahanadi & Sindhu blocks being the best in terms of maintenance and transparency in the maintenance money utilised in this society.
The gate of the community is now coming up finally though, thats on a positive node on the society part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, it's a lot of area. The flats/apartments are constructed but in many of the flats the finishing works are not done and people are yet to move in. Coming to the apartment complex, the flooring of the basement, the roads and the finishing works of the building still need to be done. It does look like it's going to be really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt the size and number of appartments in a very big cluster,too crowded for comfort,also seriation and ventilation in most of the appartments is inadequate, the size of the lift is too small and cramped. Also the name is a serious misnomer,there neither any ocean around in the immediate vicinity,unless he meant beyond steel plant, neither ,any green worthy of mention at best it's a cluster of appartments in alot ,with a gate , perhaps that's his idea of Gated community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is still under construction. It seems that this place is quite near to the Duvvada Railway Station, but this place is about 1 - 2 km away. The community isn't fully developed, the roads aren't proper and the residents aren't full. Heavy traffic and pollution at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst build quality. In just 1 month water leakage will be there from walls. Main door is not teak. Has many issues. No proper roads. No infrastructure provided in this gatet community. It is very far away from main road.
