★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If airbnb is your thing, jus go for this at nashik! Hands down one of the best places to stay! Suraj and pooja(the hosts) are extremely sweet and hospitable! The place sits right on the banks of Godavari river and overlooks the Someshwar waterfall and the Sula vineyard and triambakeshwar are closer to this place than the city as such..u wouldn’t regret it at all to be spoilt by this beautiful place and the hosts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motiwala riverside Villa is a minute away from Someshwar Waterfall. Stay at this villa is very pleasant. It has a complete river view, even the waterfall is visible from the stay. They have a beautiful garden and pet rabbits, birds, fish and tortoises. The owner is very sweet spoken. The stay is safe for girls trip. Also, its nearby sula vineyards. If you are planning a gateway from the city buzz and want serenity and peaceful holiday you should go for this one in Nashik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the most relaxing experience I have had all year. The hosts were extremely kind and gracious, it felt like I was staying with family. The property is unique and picturesque, if you are a nature lover or environmentalist , you must visit here. There is a river ,waterfall, forests, birds ,rocky shore and it is serene and untouched by tourism and noise. You actually have a river less then 20 metres away. The garden, the flowers and pets enhance the stay. The rooms are gorgeous and in excellent condition. It is a must experience in Nashik .

The stay was very pleasant and the property had some incredible birds, rabbits & tortoise. The rooms were clean & yes we also got great views during our visit in Monsoon. Best of Luck Suraj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a place that's peaceful, and amidst nature, a place that could make us forget our routine and everyday life, a place that could help us get lost into ourselves and just let us be. And we couldn't believe how lucky we were to happen to tumble upon this place of Mr. Suraj Motiwala, which not only gave us everything that we were looking for, but also the most memorable days we created.
Now talking about hosting Mr.Suraj was so helpful, polite, always available for any guidance needed and unfortunately we happened to visit their place during Diwali when they couldn't have all the helpers available, yet he made sure to help with everything possible.
The campus:
As I said it was a mini heaven, if you are looking for a place that has mountains to view, a river flowing, two waterfalls and complete silence except the noises made my chirping birds, the flowing of river and the soothing sound of waterfall then this is the place.
For Kids:
They have such a huge campus for kids to explore different trees, plants, pets like fish, turtle, rabbits and so many birds. My daughter literally left the place with a heavy heart. She still asks me when we are visiting there again.
Other things like, the breakfast made by Mrs. Motiwala was so delicious and it was another beautiful experience of sitting by the waterfall and having the simple yet most delicious (made by love) kind of breakfast.
We are very thankful to them how they made us feel all privacy and also let us explore their place so freely.
I strongly recommend this place for a stay if you happen to visit Nashik.
And I am definitely visiting Nashik again to stay there again!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a family we were never high on homestay for vacations.... But after staying at Motiwala's Villa, we sure are changing our views. Our stay at Motiwala's was absolutely comfortable and memorable. The reason was purely the most serene surrounding, clean and hygienic rooms and ever cooperative and available hosts (Suraj, Pooja and the family). Not only are we now open to try more homestay vacations because of this lovely experience, but sure enough would love to come back to the the Motiwala Villa once again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motiwala Riverside Villa is a cozy and joyous place. The hosts are very kind and humble. There is a beautiful garden with parrots, rabbits and lots of greenery with chirping birds. Owners let us enjoy the serene surroundings and explore their garden. The place is having ample surroundings for walk and trek. Waterfall and river view was awesome, however, swimming was not possible as the water was not that clean. The place is away from hustle-bustle of city and has quite surroundings filled with nature. Ideal for pleasant weekends with little treks and explorations around. Would look forward to visit them again.
