★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been here to service my Bs6 Honda Activa 125. Before going I had made an appointment via phone to which they confirmed and told me to come by 10:30 (They won't even pick the line before 10:15). After reaching there by 10:30 there was a big line. No social distancing protocols, no sanitization for the bikes, NOTHING ! After waiting almost 2 hours I was alloted a service personnel. There was only one person there to attend to atleast 20-30 people. The personnel as per say had no sense of professionalism. Had requested to sort out the wobbling under the seat but they didn't even bother to open up the seat and said it's normal (Literally had to get it sorted from a local mechanic). The "First free service" as it says isn't free at all. They literally charges 830 rs that included engine and gear oil change. I don't understand for a month old brand new scooter why will one have to change the oil ? That to which has barely done 200 kms. Apart from this they charged rs 200-300 for 3M service which I guess must be some teflon coating but the quality of the washing and polishing was pathetic. Overall highly disappointed with them. Its better to get it serviced at a local mechanic rather than wasting hours standing at this service centre shedding a huge sum of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ free sarvice bol ke 800-900 rupaya le le ge or 800-900 lend ke baad bhi gadi ko clean nahi kar te hai. bas upar se pani maar ke de dete hai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer support is good. But the servicing is not up to the point. I have had to take my scooter back again after servicing is done on multiple times. The issues were resolved at the end but after multiple trips back and forth.

But Breaks your motorcycle down 3 times before repairing it once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service experience I received here recently. The place is enough feasible to reach to. The staffs are efficient & good mechanics. You can directly talk to them & make them understand your complaints about your vehicle, before putting it for the servicing. The manager is a good guy & always ready to help. Within a day, you can expect your vehicle to get it operated & get back till the evening. They do not have any hidden charges like other centers have. They are assigned with quality assurance from Honda & can give you best service. I was very happy with the services & glad that I changed my service centre. I suggest to try this centre & get your vehicles serviced from them. Cheers to you guys.

In book it has mentioned that 8500km to 12000km or 320 days to 365 days . They don't know me meaning of OR. My active is 17000km but my days was not completed I went one day before the 365 days . There response is pethetic. They told system is not taking . I asked them wat kind of error is showing . They not even shown me ... Such a worst behaviour of that manager.....
