★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill payment at mseb office is run by third party vendor. Their employees steal change by giving round figures and if someone does not look at the receipt they siphon off the money and make good earnings.
Gave a complaint to the officer of mseb. He says maybe they do they stealing of change money but he can't do anything.
Mseb also has gross issue in online payment gateway where even after paying money online the bill is not reflected and they earn illegal money from reconnection charges.
Many people daily visit the office for online payment service not proper. Even after multiple complaints the department seems to enjoy these reconnection charges and are not ready to improve or change their software vendors.
The people who are serviced by mseb have atleast once in their lifetime paid double or triple bill in same month. They have no mechanism to check double payments.
People money looted big way here. All people should file complaint against their and vendors mal practice.
