Half the time, the office itself is closed. I don't know what kinda employees work there or if they really work or not. 1 star is too much for them, they deserve negative 5!

No mannerism to talk and least bothered to attend any emergency issues during night due to zero manpower available. No matter how serious issue is, they always prolong it till next day which takes another whole day to get it fixed. Really disgusting to type such a poor words for them. They deserve more bad feedback which I can't do it anymore. zero rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service,phone always get engaged don't know with whom they are talking 24*7,Never get proper response from staff don't know what they are thinking about their self it's like they think they are providing electricity for free to their customers.
I can't give rating less that one that's why this one star which they don't deserve.

It has been more than 1 months we have been sending emails for necessary correction in the bills or change of meter, till date there is no response from ur side. Can u pl tell me how long it takes u for action.
If I don't receive any response from your side within a day or two, I'm going to send all the mails to the Head office and also to right to information. (RTI Act) For necessary action.
Hoping for quick action from ur side.

My light is still high I don't stay there last 2 year that meretr was defective not working properly those people also not checked properly sending 33000 bill. No 1 thr no 1 is staying I wanted to chari me whatever is monthly fix charjes. N fix my meter back
When I went to light bill office Badlapur they said they ll check my meter n ll give you the meter reading history. They did not paid aslo just tellin come 2moro come 2omoro I want to make my bill less then 3000 I haven't use any light also no 1 stay the last 2 year
