My parents have purchased a new car and I am truly mesmerized and overwhelmed with the range of Hyundai cars. During the entire process of purchase right from test ride and booking to delivery, I am very pleased to see that Mukesh Hyundai has been very transparent and pro-customer. Mr. Amit Kumar Majumdar (Sales Consultant) deserves a special mention in my review as he has extended his all round cooperation, sometimes he has stretched his limits, in making this purchase a very easy and hassle-free one. My parents are aged and they have not felt uncomfortable at any stage due to the prompt response and action on the part of Mr. Amit Kumar Majumdar. The delivery of the vehicle was very smooth and punctual. Overall, a 5-star rating till now is what I feel honestly. We bought our first car and they raised the bar with the customer satisfation that we got. Special thanks to AMIT MAJUMDAR who was assisting us. The showroom has every car one wants to see. Amit took special care in helping us understand what is best for us to buy. He didnt try to sell something expensive, rather made us go for value for money. The Normal waiting period is longer than a month but Amit made that possible in just 1 week. Unbelievable and best customer centric showroom as well as staff behavior. Very Decent and respectful. Amit got involved personally and helped us get all the documents cleared and advice on accessories. If anyone reading this.... Do ask for AMIT if you are buying a car.... You will never regret....
