★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff should take leave or day off if they don't wish to work at all, they don't even bother to respond to emergency number.
There number is hard to reach , i literally tried several time , so don't try calling there, so i called the fire brigade using the emergency number 101.
after they pick up they noted my address , i also inform about the incident,
the staff said that, i have to wait for some time as there is no vehicle available and they hang up.
i waited for entire day but no one show up , neither the fire brigade vehicles nor the staffs. either the Mumbai fire brigade is useless or they are so busy that they can't handle their work .
so my suggestion, don't rely on fire brigade if they said :
- no vehicle is available
- we are coming in some time
- put phone in engage
- not answering.
- or if they give u number of another fire brigade.
There are many other incident will i can recall that can be resolved by fire brigade attentiveness they utterly failed.
