When I enter in to it was around 4.30pm.
It was kind of busy but still there were few staff just talking to each other's. Someone was playing over the phone. No one was there to respond anything I mean to ask My I help you?
They don't have Help desk.
Very unprofessional behaviour.

β β β β β Very poor services of the Hennur Road Branch of Lingarajapuram.
Ask the people to be more efficient and not like what they are doing now.
I am holding two bonds 409 and 410 in my and my wife's name, since 26th 2014, The interest used to come in time at times even before 26th when Mrs Accamma Kuruvilla was in charge of he Lingarajapuram Branch.at Hennur Road Bangalore. However, since quite some time the branch is not functioning as it should be. As for this month we are now on 6th and so far the interest is not received. If they can not manage the affairs in time kindly let me know so that I will close the accounts.
