★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to My Furniture Town based on the reviews here but our experience has not been pleasant. While they did a decent job of making the sideboard as per the design given, other issues have popped up since purchase. For starters, we asked for a natural finish and the product arrived in a dark finish. There was no communication between the owner who took our order and the carpenters. After refusing to pay the full amount on delivery, they sent their people to rectify it. Within a few days we started to see yellow powder from termites and bugs. After messaging them repeatedly, they sent someone home to put the medicine and promised it wont happen again. The problem started again within a month and now we can even see holes made by insects. I have messaged them but they didn't even bother to reply. All these issues in less than 6 months so I don't know how long this cabinet will last. Since they haven't bothered to reply I have to call a local carpenter to sort out my problem. Terrible and disappointing service.

Punctual delevery, if made as per order. Staff suresh very soft and decent, makes u understand any disadvantages of our selection. Must visit easy parking and location. Rates as per market and our special requirements.
