Please do not work in mycover insurance for telesales health insurance department because its one of the worst experience of my life, for following reasons:
1) manager is great but team leaders are worst, team leaders (Rajat & khusboo)will treat you like bounded labours.
2) They dont know how to lead a team.
3) No team work and coordination, as team leader dont know how to develop these things.
4) They will not impart you proper knowledge of product.
5) They himself are insecured of their own job and want to work as dictators hence they will pressurise you indirectly so you leave your job.
Join, motor insurance or operational work in mycover they are quite good.

I had also worked in this organisation, in my opinion the management need to hire skillful team leaders who could work for company rather than persons like MR. Rajat, who dont know how to talk with customers and build a good team
So, if anyone is planning to buy or join mycover, kindly reconsider your decision. Its not worthwhile at all
One more thing let the customer to put genuine reviews, all person who gave you 5 stars are your employees.
Get right feedback and work on your loophole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to work even don't consider it as company, Worked there as insurance advisor in HI process, very bad environment and atmosphere as senior like manager and TL used to do drinking and smoking openly, TL doing business outside and not even given any payout of that sale to us, they take our clients and sales policy thru other agents outside on 30 to 35 % and when we ask them for our cut they starts pressuring.
Male Senior are pathetic as they just do flirting instead of talking business.
Don't ever consider to work there if you are female,
