★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with mydiagnostics. The person who came to collect the blood did not know what he was doing and hurt my hands to the point that they were swollen and bruised for 2 days. Post that as well they were not able to use the blood (supposedly). I really am not sure what that meant however they could not give 2 critical reports for me. It took the guy a total of 3 times to puncture my hand and I did not even get the reports I wanted.
I then had to squabble with support and they refunded 500 of the missing reports because I said I did not want to be pricked again. The full body check for 3800 was a nightmare from these guys. Essentially they are just middlemen and have no control on the guys coming in. It is better to directly get this from clinics/hospitals where actual nurses will handle things.
Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I have used their services third time and I'm quite happy with the overall service, And would appreciate Ms. Asha for the help and support she has provided everytime I have called them. Three cheers to MyDiagnostics team keep up the good work.
As there is always a scope for improvement, try to expedite the process of share the test report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the sample collection booked one day I advance. The person did not turn up on time. Had to call the call center twice in 30mins interval for the collection guy to actually call me back. He needed another hour and there did not seem to any urgency whatsoever. I wasted my whole day because of these guys since i booked slot based on their availability and even then was disappointed with the service. Had to cancel since i did not trust me he guy will turn up on time. Not going to use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Garbage of an Organization. Started with me having to coax the collection guy to come to my place, then within hours got an email telling me that my order was cancelled and that I would receive a refund. I tried calling the helpline and tried reaching out to the CS folks but to no avail maybe cause it was after 8pm. Next morning I receive an assurance that my sample is being worked upon... 30hrs or more later still haven't received the report. I mean can you guys be any lamer.. I mean if you could you wld be world beaters then at being lame.A simple thing made super complicated by these Clowns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service provided was an exceptional. The team personally take care of your query and helped when you required most. The time taken for RTPCR test between sampling and reporting was only 12 hours and same day report received, which is fastest. Excellent work and Keep it up !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I needed a COVID test for travelling. I found them through Google and was bit skeptical in the beginning. But they cleared all confusion on watsapp. I booked the test for the next day, they collected the sample in the morning and the report was ready within 24 hr of collection. They followed up throughout the process. Thank you for the great service.

My suggestions are:
The report should be made available preferably same day night.
The invoices should be in individual name whoever got tested. The invoice should be a numbered one bearing the name of person got tested. Many get reimbursement from Company or insurance for which the above details are essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unresponsive. They don't pick your call once test booking order is placed and money is paid. Had to follow up 4-5 times reaching out different people for rtpcr sample collection. That too they arrived much beyond the time they promised as per their convenience. My diagnostics promises that report would be released within 12-24 hrs once sample is collected and here it's already much more then 24 hrs. Report is not released, none of those people are picking call and reverting upon my query. I hope they understand COVID is a serious problem and here person and their family is waiting for report.
