Myna Homes - New Delhi

I surely recommend myna homes. Our Panchsheel Enclave home was built on time & we as owners were the first occupants in the new building. I think they do all the jobs directly & don't sublet like others.

Myna Homes did the construction and interior of our home at New Friends Colony. The construction quality was really good and the delivery was timely. The orientation and floor plan of my home is wonderful with optimum use of space and is well lighted and ventilated.

Casting a slab manually, rather than from a "reputed eatery" impacts positively on the health of the structure but the misconception most owners carry is that "eating food from a branded ReadyMix is better than home cooked food".As vendors, we sell same material to both home owners and these eateries as well, but we are very clear that a "reputed eatery" is only required when the area of the slab structure is bigger with less space for "cooking". In all possibilities making food at home with self bought quality material is always healthier & safer, especially for laying strong foundations in growing babies. Myna Homes believes in this concept.

I recently got my old house in defence colony demolished & reconstructed by myna homes. The finished bldging was delivered much ahead of the promised deadline. The quality of construction is good & the plumbing electrical fittings are top class. Also i have had no problems from the Municipal Authorities as they have not deviated from the Sanctioned plans. Enjoying living in my new home.

Maneet Bhatia and his team at Myna Homes have given us a floor and terrace at Gulmohar Park. We have found it to be of excellent quality and value in both the construction and fittings. Maneet was responsive to all our requests and met all our needs. Would strongly recommend him for quality and timely completion.

Myna homes planned managed & constructed our uneven plot into 4 independent floors. It was very well executed with thoughtfully planned area, nicely ventilated also. Parking is a blessing with not an inch of an deviation. Now even after so many years all four of us are satisfied with quality.

I would like to strongly recommend the services provided by Mr Maneet Bhatia and his highly competent associates. The property that we have moved in , which is in Gulmohar Park, is of the highest quality. The construction, the appurtenances, the design, the fittings and every other aspect is state of the art and of the most superlative character. Mr Maneet and his associates treat their profession as a vocation and the act of construction as a work of art. Through the course of completion of this property, they were very involved and attentive to all the suggestions that were provided. And they play around in these trees my father, Mr.D.N.Singh, founding president of Gulmohar Park,had planted way back in 1972. He had Gulmohar trees planted all over the colony and called it after its name! Ours was the first house here; and an inexhaustible stretch of green all around it then! My old graciously elegant house now finds its identity in a new one you have built: Blending old’s augustan grace with your new one’s elegant swagger!
