Any product I return with tag intact , they are not giving money back.
Instead they are returning product back.
Even exchange of size is also not there.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from Myntra , it has become very poor company and its customer care is not supporting at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey guys... You must be having a great space at all your Myntra corporate offices but when it comes to owning up your mistake and providing a quick solution, NOT SO GREAT. I received a damaged and wrong product not by chance but deliberately sent by the vendor and Myntra took 9 whole days to provide resolution.....RETURN PICKUP ON 3rd DEC. WOW!!!
How can silver be clay???
Just because something is not returnable does not mean you'll send anything you please. And the best part~as soon as I registered my complaint the silver lamp with black shade was out of stock..interesting!

That's not all. My product review was blocked and prevented from going online as your credibility was being questioned. I literally had to bulldoze my way to get my review released. It was "review under moderation". It's good to consider yourself smart but not smart to consider the other person an unworthy adversary. You have caused me enough stress over silly lamp which I purchased rather excitedly to pair with a similar gold lamp but I guess that was not be. Courtesy, Myntra. Get in touch with your dealer and make things right by getting me that lamp. Not everything is about money. I have no dearth of sites nor you of customers. But, in this case it's about your good will and credibility.

The worse part is that after almost a month now they tell me that the product was never picked up as per their records. Myntra is not bothered about customers . There's no proper follow up for complaint registered . Pathetic service . highly dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fraud delivery and return system. They delivered a punctured tyre tube instead of a us polo jacket i hv ordered. Now they refuse to take the wrong product delivered and give the actual product. They cheated me for an amount of Rs 3500/-. Every time their customer service will reopen and close your complaint without any result saying it can't be resolved. Bloody cheaters. Never BUY FROM MYNTRA.
Good offices are built by cheating innocent customers.very good MYNTRA... KEEP CHEATING
