From Krishnagar and the nearby places if someone wants to go Howrah then Nabadwip Dham is a good option as you can directly go to Howrah station from this station also you can go north bengal from this station.

You can get local trains for Howrah, Katwa,Bandel,Chandan nagar,Sealdah,Jangipur road and express trains for Raiganj,Malda,Kolkata, Radhikapur, Katihar,NJP, Siliguri etc. Bus stop is in front of the station . Buses for Krishnanagar, Bardhaman, Katwa and many routes available. There are enough ticket counters and ATVMs. There are few food stalls,escalators and foot over bridges available.
Nabadwip is a religious place and the birthplace of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. You can take reserve toto and take tour of Nabadwip to visit temples. You can go to visit chandrodaya Mandir in Mayapur after crossing the Bhagirathi river by ferry.
The "লাল দই" of Nabadwip is famous across world. ❤️
