 Since there are many classes, you can choose a class according to your physical condition and mind. Among them, my favorite is the Mysore class.

Spacious marble floors, high ceilings and frontal Nataraja. It is a wonderful space prepared just for yoga. The teachers are enthusiastic, kind and kind. You can find the yoga you want to do from the prepared yoga classes and courses.

There are many variations of classes and you can experience various yoga under various teachers. Also, the studio is spacious and quiet, which is a perfect atmosphere for yoga.

Such as hata( Namah Shivaya Yoga)
Yin yoga,Ashtanga Yoga , Mysore class, meditation .
Read teacher is Japanese aya , she has so much knowledge and Indian husband tej ji who already has conducted TTC in USA for above the decade .
Once you should come to the studio , you can gain whatever you want .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Namah Shivaya Yoga is perhaps one of the few yoga centres which teaches Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style). The yoga Centre extremely spacious, clean and has lot of light. My instructor- Ms. Naho, who has trained in Ashtanga yoga for several years and still continues to learn at the Shala in Mysore under Sharathji, is extremely patient, considerate and motivating. Students keen on learning Ashtanga or who are already learning it will find Namah Shivaya Yoga a perfect destination to enhance and strengthen their practice.
