She is a graduate from MAMC, Delhi and a postgraduate from Delhi University. She has an experience of more than 15 years. She has an expertise in identification and susceptibility testing of pathogens causing Neonatal septicemia, MDR pathogens, ELISA testing for various panels like TORCH, TB Gold/ TB Platinum, etc, PCR, Fungal growth, identification and susceptibility testing and Hospital Infection Control.
She has special interest in identification and growth of Mucormycosis and Aspergillosis from various clinical samples. She is also working as an Infection Control Officer in Various Hospital. She has contributed to the Antibiotic Policies of Hospital and is therefore well versed with the clinical knowledge and correlation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience is the only word I can say for this place. I wouldn't have come here if not referred by the doctor. Pathetic Customer service and worst example of getting Ultrasound or any other test being done from here. Please dont come herr if you want to keep waiting for your turn for whole life and then getting same answers after multiple questions. Zero stars and feeling frustrated. Hated this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time is sooo long here. It doesn’t matter that you’ve booked an appointment coz time allotment has no relevance or value here.
The staff will keep saying there are “2 patients” before you even before booking an appointment and when you go at the given time they will still tell you that there are “2 patients” before you.
Also, the radiologist there is not very friendly and would not be interested in showing you what is being examined. I had to literally ask her repeatedly to tell me about the progress and growth of the baby growing inside me. Not a pleasing experience.
At another instance, I had specifically requested that Dr. Nanda should conduct my scan and took time as per his availability but when I went he was not available .. very disappointing

No time management
They give u appoinment to call u and have payment and they have no procedure to manage patients as per clients.
Staff is unsupportive in managing things.
I would suggest rather visited other good labs who understand the value of time and clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor time management and quite disgusting . Not a professionally managed. We were given appointments for 9:45 for ultrasound but our turn did not reach till 11 am. Doctors should asked to wait. Patient time is also important and valuable.
