★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a table at 01:15 p.m. All veg and non veg biryanis are over.?
Second shocker, we asked for noodles - "Sorry sir noodles is not available".
Andhra restaurant says biriyani over at the beginning of prime lunch time and no other alternate options are also not available.
Only option available was meals.
Forced to have soup and starters and leave.
Very sad and pathetic position of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Andra food... which served on banana leaf.. good food... hygienic place.. service is better...we went at 9.00 pm the rice ? was finished and they prepared again and it took more time over their.. totally the food was excellent..we liked it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok to get started they were good but the service I got today surprised me. It was like they are paying me to eat and I am not paying them. The service manager who took the order was rude and does not really know how to talk to customers. Secondly that guy kind of slided the soft drink bottle on my table....but i admire the waiter who actually served food though. No complain on him but the guy who took order was bad.
Secondly he told that hyderabadi dum biryani and boneless biryani are same. That's like the most lame reason I have heard since a long time. With a biryani lover her can't just bluff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have meals but since rice was over boiled so had to order paneer biryani,for which they have given 6-7 paneer chunks on top of veg biryani naming it as paneer biryani,conveyed the same to 2-3 staff out there but they didn't even address and just kept listening. Couldn't have that paneer biryani,however,had to pay for the same. Customer feedback is the least concerned by the team out there.Surely not visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent Andhra restaurant. If you're into Andhra style full unlimited meals, then this is the place to visit. Other types of cuisines or dishes are not the specialty here and one would probably not eat them at this place. The prices are also competitive considering this area.

Especially Must try authentic Gongura and pappu was awesome.
But online had offers prices for direct parcels was higher rest all was good.
Good Job keep up your taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this place has fallen from its pinnacle. They have shifted and there is no signage to indicate it, though there is a elevator you cannot use it to access the first floor so aged people have to use metal stairs. Service has also fallen drastically many of the dishes we requested from the menu were not available, we were told the bread we ordered was made from atta( whole wheat flour) but when it arrived it was made of refined flour(processed all purpose flour), finally the bill generated was incorrect. At this stage you are so frustrated you just want to give up and never come back to this restaurant which was a regular family restaurant for us. Buckle up else you are going down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is new and interiors are good. But staff are totally bad. They do not know how to respect customer. Giving them one star just for the outside look of the restaurant and i cannot give anything less than one star. People have to change their mind set on how to treat their customers. Didn't like the way they treat so just walked away without ordering anything.
