★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumatic dining experience. I understand that Nagarjuna is awarded as a good Andhra food destination in Bangalore. Trust me, the dining experience was close to a trauma.
1. Food was bad
2. Service was worse
3. The AC was not working, the restaurant was stuffy, the fan was not working.
4. There was no desert on menu
5. Time between re-serving was pathetic
6. Even had to ask twice for spoons
7. Staff was not accomodating.
Avoid this place if you want to have a good dinner and if you value your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Andhra style food. Unlimited and super tasty. Wait time is always but it is all worthy when you eat. They serve on banana leaf which makes overall experience great. Their chutnies and metkut is also very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for Dinner , and had fantastic experience. But I would say that ordering something from North Indian category will disappoint you. For eg I ordered panner butter masala, I found it flavourless.
But I loved and highly recommend Andhra style biryani both veg and chicken, Andhra style fish fry, also ordered andhra thali which was star of the dinner. And at the end some lime soda will..Perfect and quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among all the nagarjuna outlets I have been to, this place was pretty bad. Nothing is good about this place apart from the location. Such a prime location but the food offered from this outlet is not good. We had received all stale food the Last time I visited. Service is bad, food quality is bad.
NOTE: This review is only wrt to residency road branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biryani was worth the price. Delicious but the chicken could have been softer. I ordered Chicken Roast appetizer, it was really good. Fish was served instantly, so I guess it was already prepared before I ordered. The place was not too crowded, probably because of covid and weekday. Will go there again sometime.

Even though The Mutton Biriyani didn't have a spicy colour, but it was absolutely delicious. A unique taste, and I loved it. The Mutton was tender and juicy. I really recommend the Mutton Biriyani here.
The chicken Chilly was an Andhra Style recipe. It was very spicy. Makes you sweat in a second. But it is a spiciness that you'll enjoy.
