They believe in creating homes and not just producing houses and take up one project at a time, usually sell through referrals. Nandi Housing have established a solid track record and provide reasonably priced apartments of very good quality. The residents there are one big family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good builders. Delivers as promised. Staff are very polite and well informed on what is available Make sure you get all in writing. They have a 1 Yr warranty period, be sure you confirm when so you don't have to haggle later when issues will crop up. Also their dependent parking is misleading, sometimes there is a large tank in the center and this effectively reduces it to single car park, make sure you check The bathrooms have exposed piping but despite that the ceiling leaks due to bad quality plumbing - check this when you buy. Also get in writing when the monthly maintenance starts - avoids having to Haggle later

I would urge people to not make any investment in their property.

They are biased but would not accept though it is clearly shown in their design. They will be responsive till you have not bought flat. one you made all the payments they will not listen to your genuine concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Build quality is ok. Accessories provided are of good quality. Space management is good. But the builder did not provide all the amenities as promised. Few key areas were not well designed e.g STP water management is creating lot of problems because of poor design in Nandi woods.
