2. Owner is an ex-mla assistant and does whatever he wants. He can remove you from building just for telling him you don't want his unreliable airwire internet connection.
3. There is no proper earthing for building so be prepared to get many shocks
4. There is a generator but they will never switch it on. Power outage is regular.
5. Parking space is not reserved so if you come late you will not be able to park in building.even if you pay extra for parking.
6. Lift doesn't work
7. There is no facility for garbage collection,
You have to wait and throw it into the garbage truck yourselves.
I could go on. Please save yourselves form this crappy place.
