★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. quiet surroundings, basic amenities only (no swimming pool etc.). Association exercises control over matters concerning all residents, proactive in such matters.
However, in case of requests from bachelor residents for cleaning, etc., the response is zero/negligible. Does not mean that bachelors are not welcome, that's absolutely not the case.
Good place for families to stay, and for bachelors working in nearby offices (Bagmane tech park, Bagmane world trade center, Mahadevpura)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartments are good but the location around is quite messed up. Roads are in bad condition like you have come to a village.
Bottom line: Basic amenities and flats are good.
