★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is newly established by a non medical local business man. It looks clean and hygenic, but it will rob your pocket like a bunch of bandits. Even if you have authorised mediclaim policy,
still you have to shell out huge amount of money . It is suggested to avoid this hospital as far as possible. Many renowned private hospitals in the city would charge much less while providing same kind of service. A total fraud management perhaps run this hospital. So be careful before taking a decision for your near and dear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to take this opportunity to thank Narayan Hospital staff and specially to the doctor on duty in the emergency ward on 27th Feb night between 10.30 pm to 1 am. My father expired due to a massive heart attack however he was taken to your emergency ward and the doctor tried her level best but couldn't revive my father. I was out of town and was apprised about all the support received from your hospital that night .Thank you so much for all your support and help on that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had quite bit of harassment after admitting my father in the hospital. They charged exorbitant fees for 3 days patient stay and gave wrong reports during discharge. When called to ask about the foreign medication sent along the patient, they claimed we took wrong reports ourself and it's non of their business. If we want to know about the medication given to patient during his stay we can write an application and submit. They created a huge chaos and fuss when we called up the doctor to ask about the medication, under whom my father was admitted, claiming why did we contact the doctor. Not only did they refuse to give us a formal apologies, they even wrongly accused us of asking for compensation when we did no such thing. My father was admitted in ICU as a suspected melaena patient and they had given us reports of a neuro cardiac patient who was supposed to undergo a major surgery.

I had worst experience of my life here.
1. Staffs are really irritating, rude and unprofessional. They have no sense of talking to patient's family.
2. Management is totally worthless.
3. Charges are way high than services.
4. Visiting time is very short, especially for ICU patients.
5. Elevator is totally worthless, as it takes way to long to reach from one floor to another, because liftman always stops the lift for no reason.
I will certainly not recommend anyone to go there. Please it's better to die with sickness than being here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff behavior. Pathetic attitude. I am sure they think they are doing favor to us by taking appointments for doctors.
Hospital Management: you need to understand you are charging for everything in your hospital and you are into service industry. Do not show attitude to your customers. There are multiple options for people and you will be leaving with your attitude.
And pls ask your staff to avoid “hobe na” ward from their conversations.
And also conduct some sessions on behavioral aspects lease let me know I can give your staff training on how to handle customer. And it’s free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was suffering with very critical dengue and was admitted here in ICU for a few days. The hospital specific to ICU staff was amazing. Kind, patient and friendly, basically the things you look for when you leave your loved one under someone's supervision.
Took back one star as they had no blood platelets facility available .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most third graded hospital. If you want your loved ones to die, admit them in this bloody nursing home where there are no doctors. Only visiting doctors who give all false information. Complete false information is provided and biggest cheat hospital. I have lodged a complaint in consumer forum against this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not professional or knowledgable enough. Complaints and escalations are common at the reception. Rates are higher than normal for treatment, and the insurance section is a complete waste. They provide peanuts in the name of cashless claim (something called 'package'). I had to get reimbursement separately instead of opting for cashless facility.
That being said, their infrastructure is good and modern as the hospital is relatively new.
Please keep the hospital as a last resort while looking for medical treatment.
