★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally feel the place is less hygienic. They don't have proper disposal of medical waste. A few times my Doctor said that the reports were erroneous. Although a lot of people still visit there and they do provide a wide range of diagnostic tests, but personally I would recommend not to go there as erroneous reports are a wastage of both money and time. It's best to visit EKO diagnostic centre in Kolkata. And for blood tests one can visit Drs. Tribedi and Roy Diagnostic Laboratory in Kolkata or also Dr Lal Path Labs in serampore. They provided better and accurate reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. Taking lot of time more than three hours required for conducting one USG. Really horrible situation. No one is taking care. Advantages given to the known person with this centre. Charging is also high compared to the local market. Patient condition going poor due to lot of time for waiting. Advice to avoid this centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour by doctor....we went to Dr.Debal laha, on a haste he casuly checked the reports and refused to prescribe a better medicine that would cure the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital I have ever seen. They simply harass the patients by wasting their time unnecessarily. I have been here thrice and every time I faced the same problem. They give appointment for a time and then after reaching the hospital they say you have to wait for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience of me and my mom during ultrasound in lower abdomen...they treat like we are animals... pressures like hell on lower abdomen....leaves red scars and patches...and the person who was doing usg were continuously receiving call during diagnosis...such a bad behaviour... don't go there if you love your body...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do their job in right way but treat the patient very rudely. This is uncanny to face such awkward situation after paying a big amount for medical tests. The staffs outside the reception area are so embarrassing for the patient party. Basically they're doing a monopoly business in such field to cope on the patient. Shame!
