★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, it's a nice place, not100%. But, you cannot avoid the sound of the trains honking, that disturbed me a lot. For sure you will be awaken by the trains honking and this is not avoidable. Construction is good and a reputed builder. Apart from that, surrounding needs more development, which I don't know when it will develop. For me the rate too high.
