★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Beautiful palm beach facing society made with elegance, located on the service road. Loved it. One can simply look at the vashi bridge from this building. Enjoy rains at its best. Only thing it lost its point was the society name needs to be bigger and prominent. Seemed small to me not noticeable easily.

Building construction is good with 2 Lifts. The Access Control and Surveillance systems (CC TV) are Not installed.
Since both buildings are facing the Vashi Creek you get lot of BREEZE.
VERY GOOD PARKING LOT AND LAWNS AND SWIMMING POOL.

Well maintained society. Flats are spacious.
Open space on both front and back side of the building. On front side is Palm beach road and there after mangroves, on back side Sanpada railway shed is there.
View includes Palm Beach Road ,mangrove forest, Vashi bridge, Nerul and Mankhurd side of Mumbai.
Part of newly developed Ulwe node is also visible from here.
