★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite places, the artefacts and relics are so unique. The museum itself has been kept in very good condition and its totally worth several visits!! Make sure to check out the archive library and the gift shop for unique books. My favourite part was reading the newspapers from the mid 1950's and specially observing the transition of "Hindu Opinion" and "The Hindustan Times" paper.

There is a life history of Mahatma Gandhi ji and much more about our baapu.
For students, you must visit this place atleast one time.

The Museum also houses a vast library containing over 35,000 books on Gandhian Principles, the life of Gandhi, and other periodicals about the Mahatma in both English and Hindi. The museum is a very tranquil spot to spend time in.

There is so many things to see for eg there is the last bullet which Gandhiji took for us in the museums. His clothes, watch and so many things which makes you connected to him

Souvenir shops is vast enough with literature and artifacts.
A two terraced museum recreates a lot of memories of Mahatma and facts you wouldn't have known earlier.
Take ample time with you to live throughout the lanes, don't be in a hurry to cover up.
Ideally, take seperate days for both Rajghat, Gandhi Museum and Gandhi Smriti.
Library is only for scholars and researchers.
