★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service.. i took an appointment beforehand.. first of all they didn't understand what i wanted which they asked me on the call itself.. i had a boycut hair and i just wanted an undercut, the receptionist guy asked do you just want trimming or clean shave .. and i told trimming in undercut design.. and when I went there he told me no we can't do undercut .. i thought you just wanted trimming of your hair.. he also said now my stylists are all gone.. we can't do it.. the worst experience.. totally unexpected.. i would never recommend this salon to anyone..
