A giant statue of a sailor - helmsman steering the wheel of the ship - may be in a new direction of independence of India.
Along one of the side walls a few stone plaques depicts the details and names of the personnel.
Visitors are allowed only on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 9am to 5pm.
