★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus service ever. I have taken Bus from Wakad to Borivali. It was supposed to be direct bus. But drive took it through Dadar, wasting my time. Driver is also very arrogant and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience booking non AC bus at Neeta..was allocated some other bus name Sai Darshan from Nasik to Mumbai which was very dirty and broken. Took 450₹ PP in name of Neeta but provided worst bus..whole family of 5 suffered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked ticket for Borivali to Pune. They told me Wakad will come on 12:30PM, I took bus from Borivali at 8:30 AM and I reached lonavala at 12:45 PM, Still waiting for Pune?, Never book tickets, I request you to don't book tickets in Neeta tours & Travels, Even I asked for individual seats but they have booked single seats from double seat. People are also not co-operative.
This is a very genuine feedback from my side, after all it's your call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service from and to BOM/RJ/GJ.
Unhygienic and uncomfortable seatings.
My bus to RJ and back both late by 4 hrs each.
Drivers stops anywhere to pick up passengers.
No schedule stops and breaks. Also, breaks are not at hygienic or good hotels/dhaba.
Avoid this travel service.
Writing this review currently from bus which is 3.5hrs late by Neeta.

Stopping on all stop bus agency of Mumbai on the way to pune to get out of the city took 3 .5hrs horrible experience they said said will not stop any where in the city and direct to pune. False promises
Seats are not comfortable
To strech legs not possible
distance between front seats is very less
Totally not comfortable
Not worth for money to travel with neeta with fake promise
