★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience while travelling with SRS , I bought an expensive ticket just to make sure i travel with a good service provider ,but it was all wasted
1.Pick up was 1 hour late
2.Dirty bedsheet and blanket
3.TV wasn't working
4.rude staff
5.Bus was broken at midnight which resulted in 5 hours delay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling on the number of SRS Borivali for the update on a parcel that is supposed to sent to Sanpada SRS but person is not responding at all he kept the telephone aside and I've not received my parcel at Sanpada SRS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are forced to send our commercial parcels from their service as others are far. But the staff is ridiculously arrogant. Not at all friendly staff. If i had an option to send my parcels, i would never even want to visit this place.

This is very fast service.
