Felt like some gov agency which refuses and say you to come in afternoon. The concern person here only comes for timepass and donot value customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konduskar travel is my choice of travel service when it comes to travel between Mumbai and Kolhapur. Probably Konduskar travel is the reason I prefer bus over train travel in all seasons.
Always punctual and staff is very friendly, they call you and keep you updated.
Also it reaches its destination at time written on internet and not hours before or after given time and your plans go as you decide before start of the travel.
I will suggest 2 things to them
1) In return journey to Kolhapur, sometimes linen is not clean. You need to take of that.
2) A small complimentary water bottle will give another type of good feeling. (You can increase one stop for urination.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first travel in a sleeping coach with Konduskar. Quite impressed with the notification, reminders and the contact details till the time you board the bus. The bus was extremely clean, neat and odor free. The bed and the linen we're fresh. The blanket was soft and cozy. No dirt or litter in the bus. It started as per schedule. Very professional.
